Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed. That includes removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

We do not issue refunds. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy of promotional codes.

Shipping

What are your processing and delivery times?

Orders are processed between 24 and 48 hours after purchase. Item(s) will be shipped 24 to 72 hours after purchase.

Do I pay for shipping and taxes?

All customers are responsible for all shipping and tax costs associated with their purchase.

Do you offer returns?

Can I exchange my product?

Orders that are eligible for exchange and free shipping are orders that contained incorrect garments. We'll gladly take care of any shipping mistakes that were made on our end during the ordering process.

Customers will be responsible for shipping the product to us and we'll pay the shipping fee to ship their item back to them.

We will then issue a shipping fee refund to customers that paid to get the incorrect items shipped back to us.

Can I get my product personalized?

We do not offer personalized clothing.
